I’ve been setting up the new laptop (a pretty red XPS from Dell), working at getting ready for school (starts tomorrow), knitting, trying to stay positive (or at least not sad), going to the gym, and trying to cook healthy and new things. This week was Saag Aloo – Indian spinach dish with potatoes. This particular recipe wasn’t really a keeper. It was a “healthier” version from a weight watchers cookbook. I’ve nearly finished the Bug sock (#1) and will take pictures soon.
